Thank you for your insights—they make a lot of sense. It’s unfortunate that the Board did not publish my offer, as it is clearly in the best interests of Shareholders. Since a Zoom meeting may be difficult, I wanted to highlight a key point: My partner from Visby is the former Head of National Planning for Colombia, and his great-grandfather actually founded the state of Risaralda, where LCL’s assets are located, and have politically controlled the area since. Additionally, I personally founded one of the largest producing mines in Colombia from the exploration stage. Our team is uniquely positioned to bring this project to full production.Unlike the competing offer, which appears to be driven more by stock promotion, our proposal ensures that the NSR and upside potential will be fully realized. With my Private Equity background, I focus on creating tangible, long-term value rather than speculation. I truly appreciate your efforts in spreading the word among Shareholders. If you know others who can help amplify this message, it would be invaluable. The current deal being proposed is simply not in the best interest of LCL Shareholders.
