    Anyone attending the meeting today?

    Appreciate if they could share a summary here.

    My bet is resolution to sell Colombian assets are not approved (I don't think Chinese shareholders and the ones that came from PNG) would approve them.

    With resolution not approved ... LCL has no bidding agreements and welcome talks with better companies (explorers, developers or producers from Colombia / investors from Canada/US)

    Then Tiger and Visby come back to the negotiating table with a better and more reasonable offers (Cash + upside offers - not worthless shares of shells)

    Let's see how that goes
