Fair enough. But LCL did run this process last year... no one of them apparently came back with an offer
If any of those guys wanted, they would have been knocking on the door and putting an offer which nobody did.
No doubt management could have done a better job.... no doubt Tiger is going to patiently develop that.... but time is not in our favour.
LCL shareholders may have to face two shit options... accept the offer or accept that the company may have to raise cash (7 million at 0.008? ouch) in the next 6 months.
Which one would do more damage? That's the shit reality we all face here
