I wanted to see a proper bidding war from reputable companies... neither Tiger or Visby.
But it is what it is.
We either get this offer approved or get ready for more waiting...and a capital raise at the lowest price ever?
Not sure... the whole thing is not ideal...
but with market cap at $8M I would rather see some other company coming for a take over...otherwise I am just vote to get this approved and save my share from being diluted in half
At this stage I think the best of the 2 shit option is to give management a change to get the agreement approved...get the cash and find something big in PNG
