You are making so very interesting claims... if that is the case Visby can go to the ASX and make a claim.
Straight after the cooling period they could have made a bid to the board. if they had proved that, they could do a PR stunt and prove that. Emails, phone calls etc.
Given the offer is similar and time is running out... whatever it was is history
If Visby is really interested and have funds... they can put a takeover offer for the whole lot right now.
$30M cash offer and they take Colombian assets and PNG assets...over 3Moz of gold
I want to see how serious they are... go on and make a takeover offer at 3c and amaze shareholders
