I think the whole deal is bad. we just have to pick the best of 2 bad options available.
I certainly don't want to be further diluted here.
and still not have enough money to keep it going for 3 years.
The real bad move was previous management that spread themselves too thin.
2 projects 2 jurisdictions. too many bad decisions... chasing nickel... nickel crashed.
Colombian assets are worth way more than that... $7.5M pay for one phosphor drill campaign... guys from Tiger are no idiots, they are in it for a profit.
But given nobody wanted to touch that... this opportunistic guys from Tiger came at the right time.
I am not happy but company is valued at nothing... PNG assets alone is worth over $8M...
I think there is a good chance for a nickel copper and gold discovery in PNG.
