The ideal offer would be for TCG to come and offer an updated offer at $10M cash (5M upfront and $5M in 12 months) $6.5M on first gold pour 1% roaylty $1M on every 250koz of resource increase on all tenements.
or another explorer to come and make a take over offer.
The only thing is this Visby guy only come with an offer after TGC made an offer. Just messing things around.
Company needs funds very soon. I am voting yes to get this mess sorted. and because no other better offer came along.
Ideally I would rather get an offer from a proper producer / developer...but nobody decent came to the table.. this is reality of junior explorers theses days,
