If Visby or any other serious company would have have a bidding offer, then management would have disclosed
Why hasn't Visby made a bidding offer is the question? Why only prior to agm he comes public on that?
In reality, two shit companies bidding... ideally would have been better if LCL attract a developer or explorer.
Unfortunately, nobody came to the table so far.
Major shareholders wouldn't have pre approved the deal if better offer (bidding aghreement) was on the table.
The deal is not ideal but at least take help the company to cut losses and get focus in PNG
