For the big boys I agree yes, low labour costs (which I don't agree with but that's another topic all together) etc
You need to be a big player to get business done in that side of the world
Small fries like Atlantic will get eaten up either by the corrupt government or Chinese interests or other things imo
Atlantic lithium will never mine imo
