Its all a load of BS. This stuff happens all the time and they have NO facts or stats to back up any of these claims. All the claims made they would have no way of knowing the figures behind.
A company like Vulcan and their management team could not possibly get away with this even if they tried. I don't even know how this report gets so much attention from a guy who has no background knowledge in the lithium field.
