I like this tactic from VUL. Rather than leaving the report from J Capital as is, I like that they are addressing it head on. What this will do is force VUL to do a rebuttal point by point (hope they do that) and would clear out any concerns anyone had... If VUL does that it would be an epic lesson for J Capital and they would think twice going forward before damaging others' reputation in the market for their own benefit
