Geoff will soon be one of the companies largest shareholders when he stumps up over $1.5 million of his own cash to strike his share options. I would guess the majority of his personal wealth is tied up in the success of ANO.
He is personally passionate about the business. He said at the recent investor evening that he views it as his legacy on the world to provide safe sun protection for generations - he has had over 30 skin cancer surgeries due to his hobby as a sports referee and wants to protect people from having to go through that.
We are in great hands - you can't get a more shareholder focused board.
Does any other listed company have a Chairman that takes no salary or share-based remuneration?
