He has 1.9m options that will cost him $1.68m to strike in August 2022 presuming he meets certain profit figures (e.g. $7.1m net profit which is basically already obtained this year).
They are share based incentives that we approved in early 2018.
ANO gets the cash in the bank when he strikes them too, so they are a nice alternative to just paying cash bonuses or giving away free shares. When the options were issued, the share price of the company was significantly lower than the option strike price, so he has already achieved impressive returns for shareholders.
