    Conincidence.....Of course not. Most multinationals have BVI in their structure. Google, Ebay, Ikea, Microsoft just to name a few US ones. I know of one strata management coy registered in BVI. It is acceptable structure. I am surprise why not all Australian register in BVI or other tax havens.

    Most HongKong companies are BVI. Nothing wrong especially if you think you are going to get rich. They only need to pay Australian Tax. Most big companies have BVI in the structure because there is IP in the business to protect.

    I may be wrong ISX IP is held by ISX BVI. Please correct me if I am wrong I dont like to remember details I dont have the time or energy to bother with picking nits. When I said BVI I also meant other tax havens.

    Dont know what the fuss is about Red 5 being a BVI. ATO are already netting them. what's the big deal?
