Are you serious? Have you even opened the report? Or are you just typing based on a pre-conceived notion of the outcome.
They itemise every single allegation and then offer a fact based rebuttal with evidence. How much more concise and accurate could it be?

Of course they are being careful, this is going into liblellous territory, the law matters. Would you prefer an emotive and arbitrary response.
