Of course they are being careful, this is going into liblellous territory, the law matters. Would you prefer an emotive and arbitrary response.

They made the statements immediately after the report.

I swear some of you just like hearing your own voice. You just say things which don't make sense, have no basis in reality and offer no insight into any meaningful alternative theory.

It's fine to offer counter points or alternative ideas, but please make them coherent. I feel embarrassed for you reading these responses.

It’s a very expensive and time consuming process to pursue defamation.

Highly doubt ISX will pursue it as it opens them up to further scrutiny during the court case, as each part is tested vigorously
