Two things ST.
1. You don't know if ISX has the money to fund a legal challenge, irrespective if they do or not. You've assumed at best.
2.Your response is different to this statement:
"Once they pursue legal actions, they must hand over documents as part of the discovery process & I’m sure there are skeletons ISX would like to keep in the closet "
I'm interested in how you can definitively say the bold part please.
