@ozblue I know you are not managements favourite at the moment but any chance of chasing this up? Taking the MIN comments as genuine, why is Ken playing games? It appears as though MIN genuinely want out spodumene. Why can't we just give them the deal, if the pricing mechanism is as strong as we are lead to believe then it is no skin off our nose and we actually reduce opex due to no ocean freight. I can't see any reason for messing around. Just offer them the same terms and move on. MIN even offer less counterparty risk than GLC appear to. Even better give them a legitimate sale notice for this and the next BOA and if all they want is spodumene they can take the next BOA and leave the GLC deal stand so they don't have to arrange for a conversion plant etc.
