As always when disputes arise, especially when one party is carrying on like a 5 year old school girl that he just had her ice-cream taken from her by her younger sister who's in a pram.
Completely agree, there needs to be an adjudicator as then we stop wasting money and our time on comprehending what those slimy silks have contrived. Lets get on with things & the price shall speak for itself.
I to, like the fact that in this latest reply from MIN does not mention anything of the RFOR and how they came about to think it was transferable from GAM. This is playing right into the shorts hands, and may have showed the hand of the large orders that went through aftermarket last Friday..
