Onus is on MIN to sue PLS if they believe PLS has not acted accordingly. Further, what would MIN be suing for, the right to purchase our product at the same / high rate then General Lithium?
I think this is just some sneaky tactics on behalf of MIN to increase exposure, decrease PLS share price and accumulate accordingly. It could also be General Lithium selling into this news could it not?
Either way, two large corporations fighting over the supply of our product, and happy to back it up in court is not such a bad thing....
