    Hi Brunski,

    That can be right. if the board sells APM at 2 per share, they are taking advantages from those IPO small investors to favor themselves. They took small IPO investors' cash at 3.55 AUD and now giving them 2 AUd and major shareholders take CVC shares instead of cash.
