At the time the unemployment conditions were different, they were much in favour of strong growth. Last few years with COVID and travel restrictions and govt stimulus, unemployment conditions have been challenging for APM. But will change. The stimulus will run it course, interest rates will impact global business conditions and return to normal migration flows will lead to a more competitive employment market for workers.
