I am holding this in my super account as well and will only sell if it comes around $2, until I am happy to see some green in my portfolio and will sleep on that. Megan started accumulating her shares since the SP was $3.55 (16M shares for $60M). She recently bought another 2.6M shares around @$1.5 (on-market buy). So I doubt they will approve any offer less than ~$3 as it will be major loss for directors.

However $3 would be too optimistic and I will sell at least half of my position around $2
