The founder and chair holds direct and indirect interest of +33%. I doubt it will happen if she says no. I think she will say no as she knows the company's future potential in the current labour and economic climate, well at least I hope she does.. persistent high interest rates globally will be a boon for APM as it will mean more people will need help seeking employment.
