Don't forget, major insto investor Madison Dearborn has a controlling stake and bought into the company at circa $3. They won't be saying yes to anything that is well short of that, they would be holding it for the dividends is my bet. Anyone thinking the board would sell for anything less that $2.5 is, imo, dreaming...
