Why? APM is a recession proof stock, is SGR? Has APM been accused of money laundering? If there is forecast of interest rate cuts, it means there is a risk of a recession, during a recession which stock would perform better, a stock that helps people find work or a stock that burns peoples disposable income/savings?
Look at the yield differential at current prices and how that move of economic conditions change. That’s what CVC are looking at, and why they offered a price twice the going market..
