Well if RMS tries a discounted cap raise to pay for a cash component I swear I'm gonna flip out. I think I saw $1.30 somewhere but unverified.
All script merger of equals would be fine with me though.
RMS has gotta grow the shareprice instead of cutting it off at the knees with every deal.
