Could be the latter .
EM had I think just the ball millls from the old Big Bell mill but that was pre RMS time .
To my understanding they never move the whole mill...but they could shift the ball mills if they wanted to save a bit .
but then , a couple of hundred more on the GP and we may see the cutback happening anyway , gotta be getting closer to making up for those cost increases .
for those posters who are not aware .....pretty sure we are going to see this roe/reb project powered by soalr and wind .....it's away from infrastructure and it's acceptable socially these days to do it and pretty sure RMS will
