shareholders. The Company continues to be in discussions with parties in this
context on a confidential basis. In the event that there are any developments in
this regard we will keep the market updated in accordance with our continuous
disclosure obligations; and
(b) The Company also notes it released its Q2, 2014 Quarterly Report and Appendix
5B on Monday 21 July 2014. The Quarterly Report noted that the Company had
