    The Company wishes to advise that it is currently finalising meeting materials for a proposed shareholders meeting to seek approval for the acquisition of technology company Nuheara Pty Ltd (Nuheara) and other related matters.​

    It is anticipated that this documentation will be despatched to shareholders in
    the coming fortnight.

    Fair to say we could have news sometime this week.
