News is a coming
Yes – as previously announced in its Enterprise Strategy Update and Investor Presentation
dated 27 October 2016 the Company has engaged in discussions with several dozen
potential enterprise customers. These potential customers range in size from sub $10M
turnover, to divisions of global firms with billions in revenues.
If an agreement is reached with any of these potential customers, it would represent a
milestone for the Company and its current commercial strategy.
However, as at the date of this letter, these discussions and negotiations remain incomplete
and non-binding and there is no certainty that any material, binding agreements will result.
The Company will keep shareholders informed of all material developments as and when
they arise. The Company has no reason to believe that any discussions or negotiations have
ceased to be confidential. Further, the Company has no reason to believe that the current
activity in its share trading is in fact related to the discussions set out above.
