    That is what the speeding ticket was all about Winfield, the forced awakening of the Ice Queen.

    Greenland wants income.
    PGM want cash.
    Someone else wants in.

    Lets hope for a win:win:win situation.

    Devil will be in the detail of course, but PGM looks a lot tastier than it did this time last week/month.
