It is one thing to get a commitment for $3.5 million from GPR for exploration but it is another to actually get paid. GPR did not pay the last call for $600,000. Billis interests suing Giovinazzo re GPR ownership and directorship. Hearing in first week of May at Supreme Court of Victoria.
Billis has not gone away, just waiting for the judgment.
