    I believe PVL have failed to lodge a change in substantial holding notice for their shareholding in croplogic.
    By my calculations they would have had to have invested approximately $400k in the CLI dec capital raise to maintain their % shareholding. The latest 4C doesn’t appear to show this.
    Am I missing something?
