Ann: Response to Section 249D Notice, page-27

There were 12 attendees in Canberra. Speaking for myself, I came away with a lot of confidence in Grant. He's a real person - grew up in Alice Springs and Muswellbrook. He spent some time outlining his guiding principles - hard work, integrity and determination. He's got those in spades. He's supported by a good team. He's a driven man and is not going to take no for an answer. I'd say he's home and hosed. He's got my full support for change.

A few points raised at the meeting:

* The Middle Arm fiasco in Darwin - who was accountable? No one it seems.

* The micro board culture with the Chair and CEO/MD joined at the hip. How is that healthy for shareholders?

* CFO, Jonathan Fisher, is doing a good job, in spite of the Board.

* Who trusts the current Board to get finance? Would you lend to TNG with PB and JE at the helm?

* There are many watching with interest and hope.
