Agree that's why I say is a Hybrid possible. Throwing the baby out with the bath water is not always the best solution. Ego's need to be put aside and the company and shareholders have to take centre stage. Yes they are by a vote but an amicable plan the market would really love better I believe. This is not Big Brother Alpha Males contesting its Business and a Great Company in the making.
