Reply to SGX, in my personal opinion, that the delayed of the so called expert report and explanatory notes from 3 Jan to 10 Jan is already enough by LAW for review of shareholders before they decide if they want appearance in court.
Simply meaning, shareholders needs to rush is none of their business as they are following LAW...What an administrator! Don't know who are they working for ? As of today, shareholders are still the rightful owners of the company who is paying the administrator, right ?
