The AFR have published Tommy's rubbish biased articles on AVZ in the past that have had less "view generating power" than that

ASIC, ASX, AFP, Australian GOVT are all over this......they're certainly interested

A crime has been committed? I doubt it.

If it is the case (however unlikely), then you have nothing to worry about, because - as you say - the relevant agencies are aware.
