In early August, Leonard Math allegedly approached a major shareholder of AVZ MINERALS on behalf of Peter Huljich and others, to assess whether they were interested in convincing and supporting other major shareholders. to overthrow the current board of directors. If they couldn't get 5% for an AGE, they would appoint for CA positions.
A meeting took place at the Northbridge Chinese restaurant in Perth on Sunday 6 August 2023 between Bin Guo, Leonard Math and a major shareholder acting on behalf of others with shares totaling approximately 60 million.
Peter Huljich was not present at the meeting as he told Leonard Math he could not attend due to a trade restriction clause since his departure from AVZ.
Simon Cong and Guy Loando support (Peter Huljich) with some Chinese companies. Peter Huljich and Leonard Math are their nominees.
The key point was… No Asian-sounding names were to vote for an EGM, as this would attract the interest of the FIRB.
Bin Guo wanted to see progress in freeing up shares for sale and supports Huljich, Math and the other nominees. Yibin Tianyi and Lithium Plus, are apparently involved in the attempt to bring down the current board of directors.
It was also made clear that, if Huljich and the other nominees got in, there was NO guarantee that they would get the mining license, even with the support of Simon Cong. Peter Huljich and Leonard Math were offered a large number of performance shares (millions) "if they could get it across the line".
The largest shareholder present was also offered an incentive (to discuss) if he could convince other significant holders to support a new board.
I was fortunate to be taken into the trust of a number of shareholders who shared information with me and believe that the Chinese are financing all of this.
