1. No, it's not hersay. It's a yes or no answer. Are you accusing AVZ of lying about an official ASX announcement. Are they lying about being in negotiations? Yes or no.

2. Are you saying people should vote blindly for people offering no plan? It can be worse, the project can be sold for cents on the dollar to the the third party bad actors attempting to steal the project.
