    Be more constructive and as you stated we need NEW BLOOD to get this project moving forward.
    Just cant wait for this MOU to take place could take years to finalize
    Also DRC election in DEC will not help anything....?
    New DRC GOVT will change things BIG TIME, will not need a EGM to sort that....imo
