    Apologies for spelling Mupande (ex CAMI) incorrectly

    This person illegally remained in office (despite a legitimate replacement being appointed through official process) and refused to calculate the appropriate surface rights and issue an invoice for AVZ to pay to secure the decreed mining licence for PR 13359 which should have simply been due process
