Additional follow up ....Celestin Kibeya although identified in the DRC as assisting corruption through the findings of Jules Alinjete and the IGF continues to control Cominiere to the detriment of AVZ shareholders and more importantly the people of Manono and the DRC.

Celestin (most likely) financed by Zijin, the CCP, Simon Cong or others appeared as a witness in the ICC hearing in Paris between Jin Cheng and AVZ International

Why would he do that???????

I'll tell you why...

Because Celestin (through Cominiere) sold 15% of Dathcom to Zijin for only about $30m when it was worth more than $150m....and in the process accepted a bribe/commission/personal payment in the order of $2 million dollars

Where is all the money?????

Where is the $30+ million for the 15% Celestin???

Where is that shady $2M brown paper bag??????
