If it’s new blood we need, then we need not vote for the MMGA goons, it’s not like Huljich and Ludbrook haven’t been involved, cos they’ve already been involved in past and haven’t assisted the firm in its endeavours in the slightest, as outlined in the latest AVZ announcement.
If Huljich was such a positive influence, then why did he resign after facing opposition from major SHs? And what has changed so much in the interim while he was away that now he can contribute positively to the firm?
As Timb89 pointed out, a question you’ve so far refused to answer Leonard (or perhaps incapable of answering), what will Huljich do so differently assuming he becomes director again, that he hasn’t already attempted before when he was on the BoD?
If you could even provide a half-satisfactory explanation for that, perhaps some ppl here might actually be convinced to vote for Huljich et al. Otherwise they’ll have no chance at the AGM
