You say that the MoU "shouldn’t slow down our efforts to secure the ML".
But today's announcement appears to say that we now have to negotiate and complete a MoU
as an additional step before we can get the ML issued.

Progress on the MoU has been quietly underway for some time now, and it’ll help smooth the pathway to the ML approval in a way that’ll make it impossible for any of our detractors to mount any meaningful oppositional effort against us again; watch this space, all will be clear soon
