    Of course he is going to be nice over the phone they are extending their olive branch in desperate times.

    I do not trust this board and find Dennis's approach desperate.

    Something stinks in this deal and shareholders will vote accordingly. If we vote FOR this deal you can kiss KEY goodbye.

    The only thing we should be voting for people is a NEW competent BOARD.
