What I meant was that the posts that triggered the litigation have been taken down by HC to avoid risk of accruing harsher penalties than they might already be exposed to.

Of course, we can't see them now, but the litigants will have saved them. I wasn't following the thread in question, so I don't know for certain what the issue is. But you can work it out from the context and the line of argument taken by the poster who had their comments deleted.

Personally, I have no reason to doubt the integrity of the directors, who have an excellent track record.
