VOC and BGL are definately talking in my view
I have done a fair bit of research on Micro Equities and they don't strike me as the pump and dump type. They have about 8% of the company and have a 2012 value of 35c. Going by their track record they will try to insist on a takeover premiem so dependinding on what the management do with their large shareholding VOC will need to pay near on 40c per share.They may not want to do this.
It is very cheap at current prices in my view whether the takeover goes ahead or not
