BGL: Dhukka, I agree with you I would be dissapointed not to see more growth out of this company as its own entity and to defer capital gains for as long as possible, however as was pointed out the companies could complement each other through the extra experience in acquisitions etc and reduced cost of doing business via sharing aministration expenses etc. I'm wondering if this was leaked on purpose to increase the share price of BGL because it has been at a low price and BGL management own about 20% of the company so all the share holders should get a reasonable price for the share but like you I think VOC will do what it can to get it as cheap as possible, thankfully the price is rising.
