    This may be a stupid question but wouldn't JRO shareholding be a blocking stake to stop any other company[RIO and all} making a TO offer?
    Rule of thumb I thought you had to get 90% to make it happen.
    Unless JRO end of selling to RIO and all because if some of their Debt issues.
